Overview
At Porsche Digital Lab, I led a blockchain-based product for documenting classic car provenance — creating a digital identity and verified history for collector vehicles. I took the project from prototype to full product, helped secure €6.5 million in funding, and built and managed a team of 12 engineers and designers.

What I Did
